In 2005/2006 falls from height accounted for 46 fatal accidents and around 3350 major injuries.  They remain the single biggest cause of workplace fatality and major injury. (source HSE)

Many of these fatalities and injuries could have been avoided with appropriate training and understanding of safety equipment.

The Work at Height Regulations 2005 state that:

• All work at height is properly planned and organised
• All involved are competent
• Risks are assessed
• Suitable equipment is selected, used, inspected and maintained

Evolution FLT offer a one day training course to ensure all those working at height are familiar with all regulations and use of appropriate equipment.

The course includes theory and hands on practical sessions. This will include correct fitting and care of Personal Protective Equipment.
